Payment of orders

Delivery
We only deliver within the European Union but due to the transit time at the
moment it is not possible for us to deliver in Cyprus, Greece and Malta as well
as in the Canary Islands, Azores, Madeira, Baleares, Sardinia, Corsica and other
island territories.
Delivery time for available plants is usually 2 to 8 days after payment confirmation.
The delivery is made by our means or a transport company.
The shipping cost is automatically displayed in your shopping cart and varies
depending on your country.
The invoice is sent by email or accompanying the goods.
All plants are accompanied by the Plant Passport for circulation in the European
Union.
Damaged packaging or plants
We prepare orders and pack the plants very carefully so as not to be damaged
in transport, but if you find that the package arrives damaged, please indicate
this at the time of receipt and send us photos immediately so that we can
analyze the situation with the carrier.
If the plants you order suffer from extreme cold, you should not place orders if
the temperature conditions in your region do not allow it.
In the autumn/winter period some plants can be supplied bare root. Care should
be taken to plant them quickly to ensure as little stress as possible.
Right of return
According to European regulations, consumers have the right to return their
purchases within 14 days, but this condition does not apply to live plants.
However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to
assess your dissatisfaction.
